Lions Club breakfast at airport concludes 48th Stearman Fly-In

An airport breakfast is the traditional send-off for planes and pilots departing after the 6-day-long National Stearman Fly-In.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast, served by the Galesburg Noon Lions Club, will conclude the 48th National Stearman Fly-In at Galesburg Municipal Airport.

The breakfast will be served from 7 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, in the Jet Air, Inc. hangar. It is open to the general public as well as Fly-In participants and other aviation enthusiasts.

The menu includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, milk and orange juice. Prices are $7 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under.

Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit Lions Club projects.
