STEARMAN RESTORERS ASSOCIATION
Posted April 1, 2008 Updated Feb. 8, 2012 The Stearman Restorers Association, a not-for-profit 501C-3 corporation, is dedicated to the preservation, restoration, flying and safety of Stearman aircraft through the education of both members and the public. SRA was founded in 1966. Currently the association has 1,456 members in 24 countries. SRA maintains a library of military technical orders, specifications, authenticity criteria and general information on various aspects of the Stearman. Data is available on request to interested parties for educational and research purposes. The SRA provides a forum and access to people and data for pursuing answers to questions which arise in the restoration of, owning of, and general interest in the Stearman. Membership in the SRA is open to anyone with an interest in Stearman aircraft, whether or not an owner or a pilot. Annual dues (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) are $35 in the U.S., $40 (USD) for Canada and Mexico, and $45 (USD) for all others. Three-year memberships are $95 in the U.S., $110 (USD) for Canada and Mexico, and $125 for all others.
