Plane Trader

Jim Kaiser, South Milwaukee, WI, learned to fly in 1964 and hoped to be a fighter pilot. But he was drafted and served in the infantry in Vietnam. He’s attended National Stearman Fly-Ins in Galesburg, IL, since the mid-1990s. He sold his Stearman to buy this SNJ-4, an advanced trainer used by the U.S. Navy during World War II.
